This project called out some details for the scenery elements that took advantage of our 3D printing fabrication capabilities. The features that were requested in the scenery included some enormous nuts and bolts. When costing out actual large scale hardware, we decided that 3D printing would give us a better result at a lower cost and would help make the build more practical.
